Gregory Brenig started his career in real estate in 2005, working across residential and commercial transactions in Europe and the Middle East. In 2018, Gregory identified the opportunity to democratize property investment through fractional ownership — without blockchain or securities regulation. This led to Block Tech in 2022: the world's first white-label platform for fractional real estate crowdfunding based on royalties.
